New Foundation Council Member: Christiane Albiez
Albiez, who holds a doctorate in music, literature and communication studies, was Head of Promotion and Company Spokesperson at Schott Music Publishing from 2001 to 2019, and until March 2024 she was a member of the management team responsible for Concert Opera Media.
Albiez has worked as a columnist and cultural policy spokesperson for the Berliner Zeitung and the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as for the record label Berlin Classics. She also publishes newspaper articles, essays and books, regularly teaches courses and hosts events.
